The easy and affordable way to sell tickets online.
Accept payments through Authorize.Net or PayPal,
and validate them at the venue with your smart phone.
With Sweeticket, it's easy to set up an automated online ticketing system for your events, and you won't pay the high fees
other ticketing services charge. In fact, it's free for your first event! After that first event,
you will be invoiced through PayPal at the conclusion of each event for only $0.10 per ticket sold.
If you already have a merchant account for credit card transactions, you can process payments through the
Authorize.Net gateway at the standard rates. But you don't need a merchant account to accept card payments through
PayPal.
Whichever payment processor you choose, payments go directly into your account, so you never wait for a third party to pay you.
Your customers can either print the tickets or, if they have an email reader on their smart phone,
they can just bring that to your venue to show the ticket.
Each ticket contains a unique QR code image (like the one at right) with a link back to Sweeticket.
When the customer brings the printed ticket to your venue or just shows you the email on a smart phone,
you can scan it with the standard QR code reader on your smart phone or internet-connected tablet or PC with a Webcam
-- no expensive, proprietary app is required.
Click the "Redeem" button at the link, and that ticket will be marked as redeemed
and cannot be redeemed again.
Check out the features below, and then register to get started! Remember, this service is FREE for your first event!
Payments go directly into your account and tickets are automatically emailed -- you can focus on your events!
QR-code ticket validation and redemption is easy to use and works with any freeware QR-code reader.
You can specify a maximum number of tickets available and Sweeticket will prevent over-selling.
You can specify multiple ticket types for the same event with different prices and different maximum quantities for each type.
You can create your own branded ordering page and event-listing page to match the style of your website.
Alternatively, you can link to our ordering page or you can generate a "Buy" button (an HTML snippet) to put on your Web page.
At any time, you can send an email to all ticket purchasers with updated event details or cancellation notices.
You can also manually send tickets to any email address, so you can accept payment by check or cash or just send complimentary tickets.
You can easily resend tickets if a customer reports they were lost or not received. (QR-code validation means you never worry about duplicate tickets.)
If a customer buys more than one ticket but the other parties will arrive separately, the customer can send the other parties a copy of the ticket.
When you redeem the tickets, you can enter the number actually being redeemed, up to the total number purchased.
A detailed sales report is available for each event, and it's searchable by name, email, or transaction number so you can quickly look up a particular order.
